The place is absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful and tend to your every need. We had massages in our rooms and even those were absolutely divine. The pool is beautiful (it does need some maintenance unfortunately) but still beautiful and we enjoyed every second of it. We spent all our evenings in the beautiful terrace looking at the etna. The buffet was good too. However the front desk's staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Thank you. I like the smell of the essential oil that greets you in the common areas. All common areas were exceptionally clean.

Rooms were lovely, and comfortable beds Large balcony on superior room with plenty of outdoor furniture. All kept very clean. Brilliant pool - very deep at the deep end. Not too busy. Very clean but not chloriney. Comfy beds around. Perfect! Opposite the beach, short walk to beach club where the hotel pays for you to have a lounger and umbrella (really nice one). Quiet private section of beach. Events here in the evening. A short 15 min Lime (rented scooter via the Lime app), which if you bulk buy minutes on its quite cheap, but taxis are very expensive. €25 minimum (large taxi). Great WiFi

nice pool and surroundings. they have a deal with the Lido in front so we could use the beach chairs and umbrellas. they were flexible with check in and check out hours which really helped when traveling with a toddler. it’s not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4.

The rooms were I incredibly clean, and the cleaning staff are all both lovely and fastidious. The pool area is comfortable and well maintained. There’s a private section of beach just over the road, and the restaurant and cocktail bar are both excellent. The staff were all very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. There are extensive grounds to the rear which are lovely for a morning/evening walk.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, we were warmly welcomed and instructed. Rooms cleaned every morning at breakfast. Great space with pool and bar and intimate restaurant with live concerts.

truly amazing staff & can’t understand why it has such low score on booking.com as we found it a true 5 star experience. we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here & romantic dinner at their SUM restaurant was delicious with fab music.

Our stay was very nice, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast quite good with the sea view at the terrace - good coffee, tasty fruits and pastries. Beautiful courtyard, very green and very clean, also very nice and pleasant music playing at all spaces of the courtyard - near the pool and the rest. And the Sea so close by, across the street with very good beach club available included in the room rate.

Location is tops, close to the airport and noise proofing is perfect. Dinner is lovely with live music and great ambiance. Had a sweet surprise for my birthday celebration, what a delightful gesture, BIG thank you!

This is the sixth Time, we booked to Romano Palace. First and second Time we travelled as a couple, Than as a family. The hotel room was excellent again, the garden is beautiful. The very lovely staff always make us feel the Best. Thank You Chiara ( the beautiful and helpful Lady at the registration desk, and Simon (the Best concierge ever) for the very-wellcomed arriving. We were so happy to meet Sarah again in the restaurant. We see her working always with a smile on her face even in the middle of the Covid situation before. She solve everything, we feel like in family when we meet her. She is an iconic person of the Romano Palace! Our room for this Time is faced to a beautiful hidden garden piece, there were were a huge “life-tree” inside the little terrace garden. It looks like living in a fairy Tell. Thank You!
